There are no cancellation fees or penalties. However, frequent cancellations can significantly impact the operations of Chimney Sweeper Bros, and as such, we reserve the right to discontinue our business relationship if this becomes a recurring issue.
In rare or extreme circumstances, if we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of your booking slot, we will ensure that you are compensated for the inconvenience caused by the late notice.

We ask that you please respect our scheduling, as frequent cancellations can impact our ability to serve all of our clients effectively. Chimney Sweeper Bros reserves the right to discontinue business with customers who have a history of repeated cancellations.
